Standards we work to
Most lines in the catalogue carry one or more of the standards below. The exact list per part code is on the datasheet — get in touch if you need certification documentation against a specific job.
- UL VW-1
- Vertical wire flame test — most thinwall and adhesive-lined polyolefin lines are UL VW-1 listed.
- MIL-DTL-23053
- US military spec for heat-shrinkable polymeric tubing — covered on selected polyolefin lines.
- RoHS & REACH
- All standard polyolefin and elastomer lines stocked are RoHS-compliant. REACH SVHC declarations available on request.
- Low smoke / low halogen
- Available on request for rail, marine and rolling-stock work — flag the standard you need at quote time.

Manufacturer partners
We work with a small number of long-standing international manufacturers across polyolefin tubing, elastomer moulded parts, mastics and tapes. The brands behind the products are commercially sensitive — confidential lists, plant audit reports and material data are available under NDA when a project calls for it.

Goods in
Inspected and dimensionally checked
Every batch is checked for dimension, colour and surface finish on arrival. Material certificates from the manufacturer are kept on file and traceable by lot number.
Stock
Stored, controlled, FIFO
Stock is held in temperature- and humidity-controlled conditions, rotated FIFO, with shelf-life-sensitive products tracked by batch.
Dispatch
Picked, kitted, packed to spec
Orders are picked against the BOM, double-checked, and packed to the customer’s spec — bulk reels, cut lengths, mini-boxes or pre-assembled kits.
