Accessibility statement

Last updated 3 May 2026.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, regardless of ability or device. The site has been built to be keyboard-operable, readable at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling, and compatible with screen readers and other assistive technologies.

We treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment under the Equality Act 2010, not a one-off audit.

Standard

This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a minimum. Specifically, we have:

  • Body copy at 16px base (17px on tablet+) with 1.6 line height
  • All text colour combinations tested to meet AA contrast ratios
  • Visible keyboard focus rings on every interactive element
  • Tap targets of at least 44 × 44 px on touch devices
  • Semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and a skip-to-content link
  • Proper alt text on all images, and decorative images marked as such
  • Forms with associated labels, error messages and clear required-field indication
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion

Known issues

If we discover an accessibility limitation, it will be listed here with a target fix date.

At time of publication, none are known. TODO(client): once a third-party accessibility audit has been run on the live site, list any open findings here with a remediation timeline.

Feedback
